Ken Collignon – Principal
Ken’s leadership skills and customer-service focus ensure the effective completion of all jobs. Ken’s motto is to successfully complete a job to the customer’s satisfaction even if it means losing money. After 27 years in the business, Ken knows that while not every single job is a winner, every customer must walk away fully satisfied. Ken holds a Maryland State Master Electricians License and has more than 27 years experience in the electrical and energy lighting field. He is also licensed in HVAC/Refrigeration and is knowledgeable in the EWH & refrigeration measures. Ken’s extensive knowledge, education, diverse experience and business success have made him a highly regarded leader in the industry.
Sharon Collignon – Principal
Sharon handles much of the company oversight and is committed to cost-effective management of resources and to quality performance. Sharon ’s strong background in Business Administration is an asset in strengthening the business by leading the implementation of automated processes, by creating many of our sales and marketing procedures, and by developing our staff. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Maryland and a Masters Degree in Christian Counseling. She has been an integral part of the C&J team for 6 years. Before joining C&J, Sharon spent 23 years with NASA as a Lead Contracting Officer where she honed her business management skills.
Martin Vall – Operations Manager, Commercial Lighting Division
Martin is our roving manager in the field and will oversee successful execution of all jobs. He has successfully led many of C&J’s lighting retrofit jobs. Martin has a reputation of quality customer service and technical expertise that is necessary to getting the job done. He is also well respected by the work crews which ensures proper manpower will be available for the work to be done. He manages the subcontractor crews and ensures that their work meets C&J’s standards. As a former small business owner, he is a valuable asset as we market our services to small businesses. Additionally, Martin attended University of Cincinnati where he studied Engineering and then later received a BA from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Sandy Lamont – Operations Manager, Commercial Lighting Division
Sandy is our in-house manager and is responsible for scheduling jobs, ordering material, and other general duties of successfully running several energy efficient programs. Before coming to C&J, Sandy spent 10 years in the customer service industry where she successfully provided a friendly and knowledgeable presence to her customers. Sandy is eager to please. She regularly attends classes to improve her knowledge of business practices. Sandy’s experience Is a blessing to the C&J team.
Michael Gohl – Field Inspector
Michael Gohl is a retired United States Marine and is one of the most senior members of the C&J Contractors team. Mike faithfully executes his assigned tasks both in customer service calls and warehouse management. He is always willing to lend a helping hand and does it with a smile.
Jesse Humphrey – Service Technician
Jesse is our dedicated service technician. He also maintains our company trucks. Jesse is a native Marylander and grew up on a horse farm. Jesse loves anything that involves hands on labor and he knows how to repair anything in an efficient way.
Our current Sales Team consists of Carl Lamont, David Robinson, Chris Yockey, and Rick Wegner. They are fully trained in the latest energy lighting technologies and have recently received the training necessary to assess refrigeration measures and other energy saving measures available. They are ready to share with the customers the benefits of the many rebate programs available.

Sales Team (Auditors)
Carl "Bo" Lamont
Carl "Bo" Lamont brings a wealth of experience to our sales team with over 35 years of direct sales experience. He has worked for both large and small companies, primarily in Business-to-Business sales with a strong focus on customer service. He is more of a consultant than a salesperson. The client's best interest is at the heart of everything that Bo does.
David Robinson grew up in a military family, and settled down in Maryland. He has experience in the lighting and electrical maintenance industry for over 8 years. Dave also has 10 years of experience in sales, customer service, and leading the way with creative ideas and high level support for small to large businesses, and non profits.
